here is some information of Mario Nettas, on the phone company "This was a token used in public telephones only to made local calls. In the reverse, there is a logo, the logo of the company, the unique telephone company at that time, this token was in use about 1978 to 1990 approx. The unique telephone operator was ENTEL, Empresa Nacional de TELecomunicaciones, in spanish, which logo was that sort of "e" with the rotary pulse disc, older than the tone keypad. Nowaday, this token is not in use. ENTEL was fragmented and sold to "telefonica de argentina" and "telecom" circa 1991. Best regards, Mario Nettas, from Buenos Aires."
